STEEL FRAMING & GUTTERING MAINTENANCE

Our framing requires minimal maintenance. However, the SmartShelters Team needs to be notified if there are any area of concern.

SmartShelters Installation team can inspect your galvanized steel side guttering on your shelter every 12-36 months. If necessary, we can remove any debris in the gutters and ensure the roof flaps are fixed correctly into the gutters.

CHECK YOUR STEEL ROLLER DOORS

To extend the lifespan of your steel roller doors, we highly recommend ensuring that the guides of the roller doors always remain free from any obstructions or debris. Failure to do so may result in difficulties in the opening and closing of the doors. We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns about your doors.

ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT

We recommend an annual service contract that involves a SmartShelters team coming to site for 1-2 days and carrying out a full inspection and service.

This involves:

Checking all roof and walls fabric tension, and re tensioning if necessary.
Inspection of side gutters and cleaning out debris if required.
Checking water diverter flaps are fixed correctly to the gutters.
Inspection of all roof and wall framing and connections.
Checking all ground flaps are secured correctly.

We can supply a proposal based on the location and size of the shelter.

WANT TO RELOCATE YOUR SHELTER?

Our shelters are designed to be very easy to relocate, thanks to our innovative features such as the Twistlock® mounting beams. We offer a relocation service for your shelter if you decide to move.
