Purchasing a Smart Shelter was very much a seamless process, from the quoting stage, going through the design phase, to the installation. Communication was great through the whole process. We had a very clear timeline and I thought the relationship between our companies throughout the process was very good.
There was a lengthy induction process that we needed to go through with the on-site contractors from Smart Shelters. We also had to go through the process of reviewing Smart Shelters’ health and safety policies and procedures, to make sure that theirs aligned with ours.

They fully understood the plan of implementation through the date and took it through the processes they are conducting. They fully understood the plan of implementation on the day and took us through the process too.
